The headings used in this agreement are included for your convenience and do not limit or affect these terms otherwise.
Delivery and Returns
We have a no return policy unless:
- Your order includes items, not on the purchase order;
- Damaged goods.
- The goods are faulty ( in this case, standard warranty provisions apply)
In case of visibly damaged or faulty items, please do not receive or sign. If a product received is “Dead On Arrival ” (DOA) we implore you to contact customer service as soon as possible. This is very crucial for items such as cartomizers, clearomisers, wicks and coils, as they are disposable and not covered under warranty.
Claim on damaged and faulty items is processed within five working days from the time of its complaint. We will refund the buyer the cost of returning the goods to us only if it is sent via Royal Mail. Vape Cargo will not be responsible for items lost in the post on their return. Damaged items received by the buyer should be reported within five working days of delivery.
Damaged goods being returned should be packed as the buyer received them. Returned goods that are damaged in transit because of poor packaging will not be refunded or returned to the buyer!
All returns must be accompanied by a Returns Authorization Form with the buyer’s full name and address along with a brief description of the situation. The form can be requested by contacting customer service via email or phone number.
Denial of Transaction
Vape Cargo reserves the right to withdraw any products, material or content from their website at any given time. We also reserve the right to refuse a transaction or service to anyone at our discretion. We will not be accountable to you or any third party for withdrawing a certain product, removing or editing materials or descriptions or processing or suspending a transaction.
Vape Cargo endeavours to deliver the best photos and descriptions of its products. We are not accountable for images that are provided to us by wholesalers or manufacturers.
Vape Cargo contains links to third party websites. We will not be held responsible for the content or accuracy of the information on those websites. Vape Cargo does not commit to update or keep those websites available.
Price and Payment Method
All payable prices are listed on our website. We are free to make changes in prices due to supplier price increase, increase in taxes and duties, or an error on our part of mispricing a certain product. In such a case, we will send you the correct information and give you a “grace period” for cancellation.
You can only pay for products via a debit or credit card or through PayPal. Payment should be made before dispatch of the order. Your transaction will not be charged until Vape Cargo dispatches the order.
Vape Cargo can cancel any order due to the unavailability of the product. If you are not supplied with goods, you are entitled to a full refund granted you have paid already. However, Vape Cargo is not responsible for any other losses you may incur if your item(s) is not supplied.
Nicotine, when taken in its pure form, is fatal. It is classed as a poison. Please take the necessary precautions for your and others safety.
