We always endeavour to describe all the items we sell as accurately as possible. It is worth keeping in mind that images are for illustration purposes only and products may occasionally vary in size, shape or colour.
Damaged / Faulty Products
If in the unfortunate evet in that you have received your items damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible and let us know. We will be able to advise on the next steps as your goods may be eligible for replacement or refund.
If there are errors or shortages in your delivery then you must notify us within 3 days of receipt.
If the items you received are faulty then you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you inform us of the faults after 14 days then we won’t accept returns.
We provide warranty for all products for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, except for e-liquids, CBD and clearance products, where warranty won’t apply to those.
Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection.
If the item you returned is not in the condition in which we sent out we reserve the right to send the item back to you or do only a partial refund after assessing the items for damages.
If there’s any visible outer damage or signs of dropping then we will not accept returns of the item and we will send the items back to you.
You are responsible for any damages caused to the items in return transit by inappropriate packaging.
